The Promotion is for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other promotion. The Promotion is valid only on new Princes Cruise Lines (“Princess”) cruise bookings made between January 6, 2025 and March 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) for cruises of 7 days or longer and on select staterooms and fare types. The Promotion is not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable. All upgrades are based on availability and current fees at the time of booking. The Promotion is only available to Good Sam members who are legal residents of the United States or Canada and are 21 years of age or older. To participate in the Promotion, eligible Good Sam members must call 1-888-403-0893 and provide their Good Sam Member Number when booking an eligible cruise.  In order to participate in the Promotion and access or use the Hotel Certificate, you will be required to register for a user account (“Account”) through our registration process that we make available through the Website.

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for the Good Sam onboard cruise credit and hotel promotion (“Promotion”) fulfilled and administered by Open Network Exchange Inc (“ONE”) set forth a legally binding agreement between ONE and the purchaser (“purchaser,” “you” or “your”) who purchases products and/or services through the Promotion. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as well as all terms and conditions and policies and procedures supplied by the provider of any product or service (“Provider”) offered through the Promotion (“Provider Terms”).  By purchasing products and/or services through the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and the Provider Terms, and you accept these Terms and Conditions on the behalf of any traveling companions, users of any product or service purchased through the Promotion, and/or guests (including minors and those under any disability) (collectively with you, “Guests”). Additionally, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform all Guests of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Provider Terms.

 

In some instances, these Terms and Conditions and separate guidelines, rules, or terms of service setting forth additional or different terms and/or conditions (collectively, “Additional Terms”), will apply to your participation in the Promotion. For example, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, any contest, sweepstakes or other promotion we offer as part of the Promotion or to Promotion purchasers, will also be subject to separate official rules and terms (“Official Rules”), which will be posted in the promotion materials during the applicable promotion period and which will govern the Guest’s participation, and our execution, of each such promotion. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms, these Terms and Conditions will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise.

 

Cruise and hotel bookings are on a limited availability and capacity-controlled basis (regardless of stateroom or room availability). Other exclusions may apply; void where prohibited. Changes or refunds may not be permitted. Please carefully review all Provider Terms and restrictions when purchasing a cruise or reserving a hotel stay pursuant to the Promotion. The Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

  

Cruise

Your cruise purchase covers the cruise fare, taxes and fees, and includes all regular onboard meals and entertainment. Unless indicated otherwise, your cruise purchase does not include gratuities, alcoholic beverages, shore excursions, specialty restaurants, baggage fees, travel protection/insurance, upgrades, additional guests, travel expenses (airlines, ground transfers), onboard expenditures, and any other expenses not specified as being included. Princess cruises, including the terms of the Princess Plus and Princess Premier, are subject to Princess’ Provider Terms, including the terms and conditions of Princess’ passage contract.

  
All Guests (if Purchaser chooses to add a Guest to the booking) must meet all eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, to sail as described on the cruise line’s website and Provider Terms. Any Cruise guest under twenty- 21 years of age (“Minor Guest”) must be accompanied by a guest who is 21 years or older. If the Minor Guest is the child of the purchaser, then such Minor Guest must be accompanied at all times during the cruise by the purchaser. All Guests must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by the cruise line and/or applicable governments/ports) required for the cruise. As set forth in more detail in the  Princess’ passage contract, the cruise line reserves the right to refuse to embark any Guest, at any time if, in the sole opinion of the cruise line, a Guest is unfit for any reason for the cruise. Neither we nor the cruise line shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by cruise operators or any other persons providing any cruise-related services or accommodations. Purchaser and any Guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that we have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance on the Guests’ behalf.

 

Onboard Credit

The amount of onboard credit (“OBCs”) provided through this Promotion varies according to the cruise fare type and stateroom selected. Any OBC received through this Promotion will be valid only on the qualifying cruise that was purchased through this Promotion. All OBCs are issued in United States Dollars (USD) unless the applicable cruise embarks out of an Australian or New Zealand port and disembarks at an Australian or New Zealand port. In that case, the OBCs are issued in Australian dollars (AUD). For example, if the Promotion states that the purchaser will receive $100 OBCs, then those OBCs are issued as $100 AUD for Australian and New Zealand cruises.

 

OBCs are only to be used by the purchaser of the cruise, and not by others even if on the same booking as the purchaser. OBCs may only be used for the purchaser’s onboard expenses and will be applied toward the stateroom folio charges; provided, however that OBCs may not be used for medical center fees or the casino. OBCs are non-transferrable and non-refundable. OBCs must be used within 18 months from the date they are issued for a cruise that sets sail within 24 months of the date the OBCs are issued. For the current status and remaining balance of OBCs always refer to the My Princess account on princess.com.

 

Hotel Certificate

The hotel savings is provided only for certain qualifying cruise purchases. The hotel savings benefit will not be provided for any Interior or Oceanview cabin stateroom booking, or for any Princess Standard fare booking. The hotel savings will be offered in the form of a certificate (“Hotel Certificate”) that can be redeemed through Redeem Your Travel (the “Website”) for savings on select hotel stays. You may upgrade the room type and/or length of stay provided in the Certificate for an additional fee.

 

The Hotel Certificates have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable, and are valid toward the purchase of new hotel bookings only. The Hotel Certificates cannot be combined with any other offers and must be redeemed within 12 months for a stay that occurs within 18 months.

 

Certain hotels may have age restrictions for guests. Please review the individual Provider Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with Provider’s booking requirements. Stays are subject to availability and must be made at least seven days prior to check-in.

 

Hotel Certificates, including unused Hotel Certificates, are non-refundable. Hotel stays are subject to availability and must be made at least seven days prior to check-in. The Hotel Certificate only applies toward the property base rate. The Hotel Certificate does not cover any local taxes or charges, upgrades, additional nights’ accommodations, food and beverage, travel, transfers, travel insurance, resort fees, or any other related costs, and you are solely liable for such costs, which may be due at the time of your booking or upon check-in. Each property’s terms and conditions apply to any booking made at such property and you are responsible for compliance with such Provider Terms.

 

Availability; Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms

All products and services are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Such products and services are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the Provider. Availability may be limited during key periods throughout the year such as (but not limited to), Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day, school holidays, public holidays and the month of December.

 

Products and services included in the Promotion may not be available at all times and may be substituted or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right, at any time, to change prices and billing methods for products and services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the products and services or by e-mail delivery to you. Providers retain certain rights to increase fares and rates (including, without limitation, taxes, service charges, airport charges, and government fees), modify itineraries, change availability, and change and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price or rate imposed by the Provider will be passed on to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to such increase, unless otherwise stated in the Provider Terms related to the individual transaction.

 

No Responsibility to Sell Mispriced Products or Services

We do our best to describe every product or service offered through the Promotion as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that specifications or pricing on the Website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any product or service, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in our sole discretion.  If we charged your credit card or other account prior to cancellation, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

 

Booking Cancellation/Changes

Standard Princess cancellation policies apply to the cruise and any cancellation of the cruise also forfeits all other benefits provided as part of this Promotion. Cruise refunds are subject to any applicable cancellation fees and any non-refundable hotel charges that were paid for through the redemption of a Hotel Certificate. The fees assessed by us and/or Provider as a result of a cancellation or change are set forth on the booking confirmation and apply to all transactions purchased through us. Each Provider has specific cancellation policies and penalties separate and apart from us. Provider Terms may treat name changes and date changes as cancellations.

 

If you redeem a Hotel Certificate toward a stay and subsequently cancel, the Hotel Certificate may be subject to cancellation fees per the Provider’s cancellation policy. You are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the Provider. Your Hotel Certificate (minus the amount of cancellation fees, if applicable) will then be returned to your Account after you resolve any associated outstanding cancellation fees with the Provider.

 

If transportation or other services are cancelled by the Provider, all sums paid to the Provider for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the Provider and you will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the funds from the Provider with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the Provider, the funds shall be returned within 14 days after cancellation by the Provider to you unless you request the Provider to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
